Terms of Use. Any and all equipment and property owned or used by At The Bar LLC, or any of its affiliates, owners, officers, directors, employees, or independent contractors shall be used for the express purposes of entertainment only.  Any activity which constitutes a violation of Nevada State, County, or City laws or ordinances, including consumption of alcohol by guests under the age of 21, is expressly prohibited by our company. At The Bar LLC is not responsible for any alcohol related injuries during or after the event. Any reasonable damage to rental property, unanticipated parking fees, or fees for “additional insured” binder coverage, shall be cause for additional, fair recovery fee to be assessed to rentor in Final Bill and Invoice. Good Funds for Payment in Full must be rendered at event start or before conclusion of event, and no time extensions for payment will be granted.


Limitation of Liability. In no event shall At The Bar LLC, or any of its affiliates, owners, officers, directors, employees, or independent contractors be liable for any damages whatsoever resulting from this contract or engagement, including any form of incidental damage or negligence. The above-mentioned parties will also be held harmless if any client or rentor uses their equipment in a manner which violates any Nevada laws mentioned in terms of use above.


Deposits are partially refundable if requested in writing NO LATER THAN 30 DAYS prior to event covered under this service agreement. The percentage of the amount refunded is determined at the sole discretion of At The Bar LLC. NO REFUNDS will be provided after 30 days prior to said event. Because our service is an intangible product, no warranties are provided, expressed, or implied. Any dispute arising out of this agreement or the performance thereof shall be resolved in a Small Claims Court or a Municipal Court located in Clark County, NV.

At the Bar LLC uses the information customers provide only to the extent necessary to offer our services to our customers. At the Bar LLC believes in both minimizing the data that is collected and limiting its use and purpose to only that: 1) for which we have been given permission by customers, 2) as necessary to deliver our services, and 3) as we might be required or permitted for legal, compliance or other lawful purposes. The only individually identifiable information that At the Bar LLC collects about you is that which you choose to share with us in registration, such as your name, billing address, email address, phone, usernames and passwords. This information will be closely protected and used for internal purposes only. At the Bar LLC uses return email addresses to answer the email At the Bar LLC receives. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties. At the Bar LLC will never willfully release your personal information to any third party unless you direct us to do so or disclosure is required by law. At the Bar LLC also may collect personal information when you request assistance from our customer support team (e.g., phone number, email address) and may collect additional information that you choose to share with our customer support team. At the Bar LLC also collects information to evaluate aggregate site usage. At the Bar LLC may automatically collect certain usage information from customers, such as Internet Protocol (“IP”) addresses, log files, unique device identifiers, pages viewed, browser type, any links you click on to leave or interact with our services and other usage information collected from cookies and other tracking technologies as noted below. For example, we collect IP addresses to track and aggregate non-personal information, such as using IP addresses to monitor the regions from which users navigate to our services. We also collect IP addresses from users when they log into their At the Bar LLC databases as part of our log-in process and for enhanced identity authentication and authorization security.
